Rental Terms and Policies

Trike With Us, LLC rents Bikes one (1) day at a time. For multiple daily usage the Renter will need to book a new reservation for each day. All Bikes will have to be picked up and returned each day. This policy exists for maintenance and battery charging. All Bike rentals include a helmet, bike lock and key.

Trike With Us, LLC Bikes are for local use only and must remain within the Palisade and East Orchard Mesa areas. Transporting Bikes outside of this area is strictly prohibited. This is part of our business model and rental structure.

A refundable $100 security deposit is required for each rental and is returned after the Bike is inspected, provided there is no damage. If damage occurs, the $100 deposit will be applied toward the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged parts or the Bike. The Renter is financially responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during the rental period. If a Bike is damaged beyond repair or is not returned due to loss or theft, the Renter is responsible for the full replacement cost. Estimated replacement costs are: eBike $1,300; eTrike $2,750; 2-Seat eTrike $3,250. A bike lock is provided with each rental, and the Renter is responsible for properly securing the Bike when it is not in use.

Renter may cancel their reservation for a full refund by notifying Trike With Us, LLC at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental date. Reservations canceled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental date are non-refundable, rain or shine. To cancel a reservation, please contact us at ride@trikewithus.com. If, for any reason, Trike With Us, LLC must cancel a scheduled rental reservation, the Renter will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Reservation pickup time is scheduled for 11:00 AM. Arrivals after 11:30 AM will be considered a no-show. No other pickup times will be available unless you contact us in advance.

Trike With Us, LLC provides a helmet, bike lock and key with every Bike rental to ensure your safety and security during your ride. Unreturned property will be charged at time of return; helmet $25, bike lock and key $15.

All Bikes must be returned by 6:00 PM to the original pickup location. A 15-minute grace period is provided. Returns after 6:15 PM will be assessed a late fee of $20 per 15-minute interval.

Trike With Us, LLC is not responsible for any personal property left on or with the Bike, or at the pickup or return locations. All personal property remains the responsibility of the Renter.

Trike With Us, LLC is not responsible for any fines, tickets, fees, assessments or recovery charges incurred or imposed during the rental period of the Bike.

A retrieval fee of $100 will be charged in the following situations:

1. The Bike becomes inoperable due to damage from an accident or misuse (battery depletion alone is not considered a malfunction).
2. The Bike is not returned as required per the Rental agreement.
3. Loss of the bike lock key while the lock is engaged, rendering the Bike inaccessible.

By participating in our rentals or interacting with Trike With Us, LLC, you grant permission for photos or videos that may include your image to be used for marketing purposes on our social media, website, and promotional materials. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us at the time of booking.
