Trike With Us is a rental service based in Palisade, Colorado, specializing in eTrikes and eBikes. We offer a unique opportunity to explore the beautiful orchards and vineyards of Palisade wine country through self-guided tours. Our eBikes, equipped with fat tires, provide stability and comfort for a leisurely ride through the picturesque landscape.
All rentals must be booked online through our website at TrikeWithUs.com. We do not accept walk-ins or reservations by phone.
Yes, all reservations must be made online in advance to ensure availability and to coordinate pickup times.
Pickup and return for all eBike rentals are currently handled at our mobile cargo trailer, located in the Carboy Winery parking lot at 3572 G Rd, Palisade.
Our eBikes are rented on a daily basis. If you need one for multiple days, you'll need to make a separate reservation for each day. All eBike must be picked up and returned daily for maintenance and battery charging.
Renter may cancel for a full refund by notifying us at least 72 hours prior to their scheduled rental reservation. Any reservation canceled less than 48 hours prior will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations 24 hours or less will not be refunded. To cancel a reservation please contact us at info@trikewithus.com.
If, for any reason, Trike With Us, LLC must cancel your scheduled rental reservation, the Renter will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed in the same method as the original payment.

Yes, we charge a damage deposit of $100 for each eBike rental for minor damage not covered by damage beyond repair or theft insurance. The damage deposit is fully refundable if no damage is determined at time of return.
Trike With Us, LLC does not insure eBike rentals. Insurance is available to cover damage beyond repair or theft for $10 per eBike rental.
No, our eBikes are rented for local use only and must not be transported outside of Palisade and East Orchard Mesa due to our business model and insurance requirements.
Yes, our eTrikes and eBikes are designed to be comfortable and easy to use, making them perfect for a leisurely ride through the scenic Palisade wine country.

Yes, we provide a helmet, bike lock and key with every rental to ensure your safety and security during your ride.
If you're late returning an eBike, you'll have a 15-minute grace period until 6:15 PM. After that, a late fee of $20 will be charged for every additional 15 minutes past 6:15 PM.
Yes, Trike With Us charges a retrieval fee of $100 in the following situations:
1. If the eBike becomes inoperable due to an accident or damage from an accident, it will be considered a malfunction. However, draining the battery completely does not count as a malfunction or failure.
2. An eBike not returned as required per the Rental agreement.
3. Loss of the bike lock key after lock is in place causing the eBike to be unusable.
